Was on the lot yesterday for 25 minutes with my sister who had enough money in her hand to buy a brand new car out right. Not one time did a sales person come out and greet us. This carlot looked like a ghost town yesterday. This is very unprofessional in my opinion.
I stopped by on Saturday 2-17-18 and asked to see a Traverse. I was asked for my social security number and other normal information. I stated that my credit was not the best and that until I was ready to actually make a purchase I did not want to give my number. I was assurred that my credit report would not be run, so I gave it. I was lied to!! I received an alert from the credit bureau that my report had been ran by Montgomery Cheverolet and that it had dropped! We had some car issues late Friday night and 5 hours from home. Came in Saturday morning with no appointment told them what was going on. They went out their way to get us in and look at car. Why beyond happy with their service. Thank you for being a great dealership....
Very slow salesman as for paperwork. Arrogant sales manager. I bought 2 vehicles at the same time from a different company in half the time it took these guys. I have steered several people away that was going to buy from them. I don't recommend them to anyone!!
