The customer service is friendly, the technicians are knowledgeable, and the snacks are tasty!!! Time just flew by in their comfortable waiting area!!
So why is it that I was quoted $3.75 on the phone for an oil plug, then after I drive up there it's $19-something....also you guys are the only one who has changed it and it was obviously put on with an impact wrench. So why am I having to pay for it?
Rude service department. having an appointment doesn't matter. over 2 hrs for an oil change and still waiting. ridiculous. and expensive

My experience with Montgomery Chevrolet was great... Steve Mudd and Othello Bell are great humble people and know what to do to make your car buying experience a good 1!!!! When and if I buy another car I wouldn’t look any where else... I wouldn’t wanna deal with any other people!!!! Yeah they put blessings in drive ways but for me they were blessings period.... Thanks for everything
