I had a watch strap which required to be replaced. I was initially greeted by Kyungmin and she was incredibly helpful. She initially mentioned that there may be a 3 month wait for a strap to be delivered however she was able to find the exact one in the store and also fitted the new strap in for me on the spot and made sure everything was in order. Very warm and helpful service.

I would like to share my experience I had recently with the the London Royal Exchange store We have sadly had some devastating family loss in the past few months Me & my daughter travelled to London to have a wallet embossed, which had huge sentimental value.
