Open to the public since 2004, Montana Grizzly Encounter invites you to watch, learn and interact with the grizzlies in a safe environment. Watch as Brutus, Sheena and Bella, the resident bears, bask in the early morning sun, and later visit the gift shop to buy a few souvenirs to remember these grizzlies by.

Incredible experience! Very educational and love this couple who commit every minute of every day for these big beautiful bears! I will be returning for many visits in the future!
We stopped in day before yesterday. We got to meet Brutus and Sheena and of course Bella. The bears are amazing and the staff in very knowledgeable and friendly. This was definitely one of the best stops on our vacation. We will definitely be going back and recommending it to our friends. I've told everyone that will listen. Awesome place!

Definitely worth stopping by. I would have enjoyed just sitting and watching the bears all afternoon. But as an added bonus, I learned a lot from listening to the knowledgeable staff. Very fun and informative.

This bear rescue sanctuary was born out of love and continues. They truly love and care for their bears. I love how they let the bears do what they do best. There is no forced action. Just watching the bears like you were watching in the wild. Unpredictable and enlightening. The staff is a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommend!

This was very much the highlight of our Montana vacation! There is nothing like seeing the bears in a very life-like habitat just being bears! The staff is very informative, knowledgable, and personable. We have watched every episode of National Geographic Explorer, and were so happy to meet Brutus!
