Open to the public since 2004, Montana Grizzly Encounter invites you to watch, learn and interact with the grizzlies in a safe environment. Watch as Brutus, Sheena and Bella, the resident bears, bask in the early morning sun, and later visit the gift shop to buy a few souvenirs to remember these grizzlies by.

I had the opportunity to visit MGE last week and loved it. I took lots of pictures and found my visit to be very informative. The bears are beautiful and look so well cared for. I love that they can romp and play in a natural type habitat.
Have wanted to stop here for years and finally made it a destination. Such a joy to experience beautiful grizzlies up close and learn of their awesome caretakers. Lucky are these rescued animals. Worth a trip!!
What a special place to visit. Amazing stories of rescued Grizzlies. The bears are beautiful and obviously well cared for. Watching them play was a great treat!

My family and I visited the Montana Grizzly Encounter while on vacation. We are from Pennsylvania and made sure that this was one of our stops as our children have followed Brutus and Casey for some years now. The staff are very friendly and very educational. It is amazing to see the love they put into their jobs to give these rescued grizzlies a wonderful home.
