This natural habitat for rescued grizzly bears is one of the best places in Montana to watch these regal creatures. Open to the public since 2004, Montana Grizzly Encounter invites you to watch, learn and interact with the grizzlies in a safe environment. Watch as Brutus, Sheena and Bella, the resident bears, bask in the early morning sun, and later visit the gift shop to buy a few souvenirs to remember these grizzlies by.

Great place good love and care those bears get. Good intentions. :)
Dropped in at centre and had a wonderful visit. We saw Brutus and his female friend (sorry forget her name) and they both wondered around acting very naturally. We stayed for about 2 hours amazed by the bears and listening to the staffs very interesting comments and facts. Amazing place and well worth visiting - I wish you and the bears good health.
We have learned so much about bears from Bill and the staff. Thank you MGE for educating people on such an amazing animal. It was so interesting to witness the different personalities of each bear.
