Rien de compliqué, DEVANT DE LA MAISON SEULEMENT, à l’arrière gazon naturel avec trèfle pour les enfants, même après 3 ans ils n’ont rien compris, tué tout notre trèfle, ils sont venu remettre une fine couche de terre + semence, SURPRISE, le technicien allait encore passer à l’arrière 😂😂 Je ne recommande vraiment pas, prix élevé, et plus aucune confiance. Bonne continuité.
Le technicien a manqué de produit au courant de sa journée et a simplement décider d'arrêter, sans contacter les clients restant. Nous avons donc attendu toute la journée (jusqu'à 17h) pour un employé qui ne s'est jamais présenté. Nous avions contacté l'entreprise pour un double traitement en mai, nous avions fait le virement et nous n'avons obtenu leur service qu'en juillet. Elle vous appelle la veille et vous devez être disponible toute la journée du lendemain, aucune plage particulière. Évitez cette entreprise.
Mauvaise herbe, gazon jaune, vers blanc en début de saison. J’ai accepté l’offre de service de M.Gazon début mai 2025 pour traiter le gazon au prix de 579,20$. In the begining everything seemed fine, i even bought grass seed off them followed all the directions they gave me. But when I layed their grass seed withing weeks I had crab grass everywhere, I called then sent me a service guy telling me I had crab grass which I explained on the phone. I tried to mention i never had this before and im not understanding why as soon as my grass gets treated all of sudden i have all this crab grass on my lawn. I was a loyal customer for 6 years, but this company has gone completely downhill. They replaced my amazing long-time tech with someone careless who sprayed pink fertilizer all over my driveway, walkway, and backyard patio. My dog ingested it and got seriously sick. When I called, they couldn’t care less. Later, I requested their “unlimited weed spray” and was ignored. When I followed up, the woman on the phone was rude and sarcastic, couldn’t give me an idea of a timeline and asked if I was god and can predict the weather. ... read more
