I’ve been to Moroe’s Jewellers twice and both times have received lovely service! I got a ring resized and it was a very reasonable price and done quickly, and then just recently I went in to ask about a broken necklace and they kindly fixed it for free as they noticed the clasp had just been pulled open. Would really recommend as they’re super helpful and really nice!
I couldn’t recommend Alice and Monroe’s Jewellers highly enough. They created a beautiful bespoke engagement ring for my now fiancée, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. My fiancée sent me photos of rings she liked, which I shared with Alice. She then produced several designs, and I was able to give feedback and make changes until we arrived at the perfect ring. Monroe's Jewellers made the engagement ring I offered my girlfriend and have also made our wedding bands. Throughout, the service was efficient, with clear communication and timelines and we are very happy with the end result!

Monroe’s is the best! The backing of one of my earrings loosened and I couldn’t wear it. Monroe’s identified the problem and fixed it!! Made my day. Great customer service!!!!
