My son has to go here every month. I want to thank the doctors he has to see. If it was not for them he wouldn't be here. There is a lady in a wheel chair that's always on the floor we are she has a black golden retriever I'm sure everybody knows this person that women is the rudest women I have ever met not only to me but to that poor dog. Great Hospital actually the best Hospital. Great job.
ENT department... The lady who works the front desk of Pediatric ENT is super sweet. Everyone else... for it to be a place where children are supposed to feel comforted and welcome... it was anything but in our experience. Practioner Alison Cohen talked very derogatory to me... apologizing afterwards for getting off on the wrong foot, but you could definitely tell she thinks highly of herself compared to others and the apology was not really heart felt. Absolutely loved the care my daughter received here! Amazing Nurses and Doctors.
Our daughter was diagnosed with Osteisarcoma and the entire staff here has been great. They really take care of you. There are times when we think they may be overly cautious, considering we live nearly 3 hours away and are taking off of work to be here. Sometimes we feel like we have to stay a day ot ywo longer than we shluld. But the flip side of that is that this is cancer and you don't want to take chances. We believe the staff here is gifted and really care about our daughter.
I can not brag enough about Dr Frank Virgin and the whole team we had during my son's bilateral cochlear implant surgery...they went above and beyond our expectations. I will be forever grateful for him giving my son the chance to hear ♥️
My 3 yr old son had a procedure done requiring an overnight stay. And unfortunately can't go home until he meets requirements. We are going on day 4 now and I must say, it has been an amazing stay. The nurses and staff have been amazing, so understanding, and so very helpful. we both have enjoyed roaming the hospital and my son loves the volunteers in the playroom. I'm so glad we got the chance to be here for his surgery and recovery. <3
I am so happy with them. My son has been there since June 4th. Wonderful nurses and doctors.
This hospital is great. The floor that my little boy was on, all the doctors and nurses couldn't of been more wonderful. Very nice and kind people, and they truly care. I would recommend this hospital to anyone with a sick child.
