Everyone is so nice. It's a pleasure to visit there when I have to accompany a patient. Very outstanding facility!
The nurses on the 3rd floor are wonderful.. A special thank you to the Ronald McDonald House for the sandwiches on the 5th floor.

So , I took my 4 month old daughter there Monday at 10pm they ran test and stuff we got sent home tuesday morning at 3:30ish. Went back at 7:30 tuesday night and they admitted her around 1 am Wednesday morning. She had 105.5 temp so they ran test and did blood work , spinal tap. By far this is the best hospital. I trusted my daughters life in their hands. We were put in a room on the 7th floor and c hallway. I loved the 2 nurses name Alexis and Yasmen. They were so amazing . 100% great job ladies !!!!!
Awesome staff, took care of my daughter. Drove three hours just so they can help her.
Spent 5 hours for them to just give my daughter Pedialyte last night
Horrible experience yesterday. Will never go back to this shitty hospital. The Dr's and nurses were very rude and thought I was freaking stupid and didn't kno what I was talking about. I would give it a rating of -1!!!!!!!!!
Love my sons cardiologist Dr.Flakk but we were there 2.5 hours for a follow up we arrived 25 minutes early to ....
My son came to the ER and was in DKA, he is Type 1 diabetic. We live 2 hours away from the facility and had already spoken to the on call pediatric dr, she called the ER ahead of time and we were quickly taken care of once we arrived. The ER doctor and nurses took very good care of my son. Then we were transferred to pediatric ICU, our experience there was just as great. I was included and informed about my son's condition and was allowed to stay w him the entire time. Vanderbilt is an excellent hospital and bc of the staff'... read more
