Loved it will go back for anything, everyone was so child oriented couldn't ask for a better place to take my son,
My daughter has been a patient at this hospital through outpatient and in-patient care. We have never received anything less than stellar service and care from the staff. It is the cleanest and most inviting hospital we have been to. Going through health crisis with your child is one of the most difficult things I have been through and I wouldn't take my child anywhere else for care!!
Took great care of my baby girl...staff was great lots of activities for the kids.
My son had surgery on 7/19/17 with Dr. Haynes and chief resident Dr. Lennon. We had an excellent experience from check in, surgery waiting, pre-op, recovery, and going home. I can't thank the staff, Nurses, Anesthesia team, and Doctors enough! Dr. Haynes took time to explain everything to us and made sure we understood and answered questions. I used to Work there. the people are sincere dedicated good souls that go the distance to provide a gentle and healing place for children to get better. it is a very very special place.
My 22 mo old grandson had hernia surgery and was treated with great care and patience! Again I say thank you. The staff was very informative and made my daughter and I comfortable having him there!
We can't put into words how wonderful our family's experience has been at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. This has been the scariest week of our lives with our 17-year-old, and they have been nothing short of caring, encouraging, supportive, and helpful in every way to our family's needs. Dr. Jay Wellons and Dr. Haley Vance and their amazing team removed a tumor from our 17 year old daughter's brain five days ago, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. The ER treatment was great. My son was in a car accident. However the clinic won't even help to get a follow up as directed. Called two times and they are dead set they won't see him or let us just come in and be worked in. Not pleased at all!! I will also post about it on my page. They acted all confused on the phone as well.
