Mr. Tire in NewCastle, De deserves a zero but it wasn't a choice. I bought my eighteen year old granddaughter a set of four tires in June 2018 for her birthday. I also purchased the lifetime install warranty package. She had a flat twice went back they gave her a small prorated fee to replace first one, second one was repaired, no problem. Took my car to have brake work done and when I picked it up the bumper and tread are damaged and they refuse to fix it. The district manager was supposed to call me 2-3 different times but still waiting. To say this company has bad service is an understatement! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Don’t go here at all. Customer service is terrible company is terrible over all. They charged me for new tires and put 2 different ones on causing one to leak. They used old and used parts in your vehicle and the management can’t manage for a thing. If you know what’s best for you and your vehicle you’ll go somewhere else. I liked Monroe until I didn't. I liked that they did oil changes by appointment and in a timely manner. But this last oil change insured that I will never go there again. On 3/21/19 5 PM I had an appointment to have my oil changed at the Williamsville, NY Monroe Muffler Brake Store #5151635. It is also important to note that this same location did the oil change previous to this one. During the course of the oil change my oil pan was cracked. Not only did this shop misquote me for $1500 work or repairs that didn’t need to be done, not only did this shop not provide the services paid for, but it’s now been 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund. Terrible business and 1 star is far to generous.

3145 West Liberty Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15216 Location: I am SO grateful that I found Scott here about 3 years ago. Finally found someone who is honest, cares, and is reasonably priced. I will not go anywhere else it is great to not have to worry about being ripped off. They even do extensive repairs for a good price and are super FAST! Scott is an absolute one of a kind and an asset to Monro. I cannot recommend this place enough. Come here for an honest mechanic- we all know they are hard to come by.

Well I will start for the first issue I had. I made a 930 am appointment to get an oil change and an inspection and windshield wipers. Two hour job right? Ya that was wrong thought. I was told it was going to be. I called around 1 because I had stuff planned and I asked if I should go get lunch because if the car was done I did not want to go out. Trust all the negative reviews and AVOID KEN TOWERY'S at 1350 S. Broadway in Lexington, Ky. Save yourself a horrible experience with this auto repair facility owned by Monro Muffler Brake Inc. Here's my story: I've gone to Ken Towery's many times previously, both at this location and others in Lexington. New tires, alignments, oil changes, mechanical repairs. There is a Mr. Tire down the road from me, near the 33 in Columbus, Oh....I would see their sign advertising different specials and would be curious..Each time, I seem to get the same guy who would lie through his teeth about the specials including there is no specials when there is a damn sign right in front of the building, or quote fake disclaimers that don't exist..One day, .I decided to over there after viewing a coupon for a oil change for 14.99..I checked carefully to make sure my car was within the quarts guidelines,... read more
