Went in to have my brakes checked out and get an alignment done. My car was veering to the left and had a little bit of vibration in the brake pedal when pressed. They came back and told me that my rotors and pads were fine and they did my alignment for me. When I left and pressed the brakes the whole car shakes now and another mechanic told me I have a warped rotor. I received my car back in worse condition than it was. If I could give no stars I would! I took my **** in to get inspected this past weekend, it was just at the dealership a week prior and they told me I needed new tires so I got new tires put on and decided to go to Monroe in Bridgeville because it was close and they could fit me in sooner. I get there at 10 am and the manager tells me I am late and should of been there at 8. My appointment was for 10 am. I know that for a fact. Tried to scam me. Told me my strut mounts needed replaced and they didn’t. Got new tires in November 2018. I was told my new tires were being rotated with oil changes and they were not so now tires in bad shape. Manager David called me a liar about strut mount estimate in front of other customers. Contacted customer service about attempted scam and behavior of management, they seemed unconcerned

10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Went in two Fridays ago for an oil leak. They put dye in the oil to see leaking area. Turned out the hose was not connected correctly and the belt saturated with oil. Needed fixed but not that day. Go next day, they said they fixed the hose leak, replaced belt, I was good to go. Next day, there was still oil leaking, so I called them and they told me to bring it back. Sep 28th 2018, I had my rear brakes checked at Monroe Repair Shop #7062261 as they were grinding. I ended up paying $860.72 for a brake system flush, Ceramic brake pads, brake rotors an installation, reman calipers and surface preparation product cleaners and lubricants, total rear brakes. A week prior I had the same service performed at Lia Honda for $600. November 10th 2019 I was driving my car and approaching a red light. I am a ten year experienced Service Manager working for this company almost two years now and am in shock at their whole corrupt/fraudulent based business tactics. I have witnessed theft, fraud lies and parts marked up x3. We even had a fellow team member die due to understaffing, crap equipment and lack of any upper management support. I brought my car in for a front wheel bearing replacement. About 2 days after I had it done, I started noticing a "shaking" coming from the same side again. It progressively became worse and started making a chirping noise. I had another mechanic look at it. He showed me how Monro had bent my hub assembly when changing the wheel bearing, and then actively tried to cover it up by adding what looks like washers, which temporarily hid the shaking (allowed it to drive straight). My vehicle started roughly and I got a check engine light that would not go out. Stopped by Monro Muffler in Hampton, NH to see if they could check the code and possibly turn it off. Manager said he only had 1 tech on duty. He tried to get me to leave the car for the day and he would do a diagnostic check. I asked him if there was a charge for the service. Had been going to Monro in Shillington PA for years. Had an issue 3 times with the same outcome. Booked an appointment and my car wasn’t ready until either 10 hours later or the next day. No call for an update. Was never told I had to wait for other customers ahead of me. Although the manager claimed he told me when he did not.
