I was going through my elderly mothers car records and found a receipt for Monro on Tremont Rd. in Columbus that charged her $5000 for unnecessary repairs to a ****** van with 100K miles on it. They gouged her for a "corroded" steering rack on a Florida car that hasn't seen an Ohio winter. They replaced the lower control arms, brake drums/rotors, pads, struts, shocks, tie rod ends, and stabilizer link. I had a flat tire Sunday, May 4 and pulled over to the nearest parking lot, a body shop. The owner came out and told me Monroe Muffler was a block away and thought they sold tires and were open on Sunday, to I hobbled my car to Monroe only to find them closed. I called roadside assistance to change the tire and after they arrived, the proprietor showed up to mow the lawn and asked what was the problem. This company baits you in with cheap advertised prices but adds all kind of fees so the $19.99 oil change with the $2,90 oil disposal fee + a shop supply fee of $4.25 is $27.50 + tax

EARL DOESN'T CARE THAT HE IS SENDING A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER OUT TO CARE FOR VERY SICK PEOPLE IN THEIR HOMES ON A BROKEN WHEEL!! Keystone location. I honestly have never written a negative review only positive however I am driven by poor response and downright disregard by Earl for neglecting to take care of a problem caused by Tire Choice. I took my car in for a tire change. My car had specialized tire caps that say **** on them... very easy to notice. Once I got home I noticed all caps were BLACK. I called them back immediately and the Manager put me on hold and asked the technician. He told the manager he wouldn't STEAL my tire caps... but he did. I know for a FACT they were all on there.. Don't get your car repaired there without being prepared that you will end up missing something out of your car

I’ve been to this location several times. The previous manager was always nice and helpful. Management changed. I took my car for an oil change. Three miles after leaving my engine broke. I had the car towed to my mechanic shop. The oil was dirty and at first my mechanic thought the filter was wrong because it didn’t match anything he was finding for my car. I had a terrible experience with tire choice just this last Friday. I don’t think they understand the computer system yet and it took an hour and a half to fix one nail in my tire when there was nobody before me. My hubcap was cracked when I left also. I’m waiting two days now for a response to the message I left from headquarters.

Omg!!!!! Someone broke in my Daughter's car while it was in the hands of Monroe Tire on Galbraith rd. In Cincinnati OHio They told her it was her responsibility to call the police and take care of it. How Dare them to take advantage of a young lady how dare them!!!!!!!!! How sad is this and the main Problem with Monroe Tire is I use to Lovvvve their work but I've sent quite a few friends there and lost Friendships because of their deceitful ways. Absolutely horrible experience. Called on the 26th of February 2020 and spoke with Ryan and received an estimate for $180 for transmission flush and filter exchange ($120 fluid, $60 labor filter). Ryan insisted I bring my car in once I received my fiilter from *******. Before hanging up i asked Ryan if he needed my number to save the estimate and he said no we will be able to pull this up based on your vehicle model.
