The Tire Choice *** Belcher Rd Clearwater Took my care to them for a Yaw Rate Sensor problem, was informed that it needed to be replaced. They did replace it and charged my credit card $650.00+. It did NOT CORRECT the problem and Tire Choice took no responsibility to correct the problem. took my car to Mr Tire to get a tire repair and oil change at the Nottingham, MD location. Later on that night, I started hearing a sound when I press on the gas and it began shutting off when I was driving. When I had it towed to the dealership, they said that there was no oil in the car and that the oil housing was cracked. It was shutting off in order to prevent the engine from blowing. Do not go to this tire store. They will lie to you and you will wait hours to just buy new tires. I bought 4 new tires and the technician broke 2 sensors while installing them. Had to go back next day for them to install the sensors, waited 2.5 hours and still sensors not installed. I had to go to the dealership the next day to have the sensors installed and it cost me $500. *** ****** did refund $150, but I was still out $350 and 3 days of time just to buy and install 4 new tires.

Had a bad experience, been going to this location for over 10 years but this time wasn't good at all, was told I needed new shocks, so replaced them now the new shocks are squeaking loudly, and was told nothing can be done, that's poor service and poor quality product. Then was told I needed new breaks, replaced them and 5 minutes into the ride heard loud noise every time I break, on top of that found out all of a sudden hand break was broken. I took my car to this because I had a loud exhaust. The person that I spoke with named Steve told me that my catalytic converter needed to be replaced and told me that the cost of the part was $1,500 and that it would cost more if he had to drill the bolts out to remove the old one. Additionally, when I told him that I wanted my old catalytic converter put in the trunk he told me that it would have to be sent to the factory for warranty purposes. My wife went to the Mr. Tire store at 1712 East Highway 54, Durham 27713 at the advice of a friend. She asked for an oil change and courtesy inspection. The mechanic informed her that she needed new air filters for the engine and cabin. She agreed to the filters since the friend indicated that the store was reliable and reasonable. Horrible! We purchased a lifetime breaks and rotors package and they will not honor it. Basically they said we were lied to by their employees and there was nothing they could do about it. I also had my tire lock up in the past because they didn’t tighten the lug nuts when I got new tires. I drive my kids daily and was stranded on the side of a country road.

If I could give zero stars, that would be my top choice. This company did a jacked up alignment job on my car and didnt disclose potential hazardous findings in their "pre-inspection". Tried to get me to pay for part servicing that wasn't even broken. I will continue to inform every one I encounter that Tire Choice does shady business and doesn't provide good service nor repairs. Their corporate staff is just as unprofessional as the techs.
