I have reason to believe that they suppress negative reviews on certain products. I have had one critical review removed. I have another critical review that does not appear to be published. I believe the products are overall of decent quality, however they really need to be careful about quality control if they want to be successful long term. I recently submitted three product reviews to Monoprice. The positive review was posted immediately. The two critical reviews were received (their website tells me so), but a week later have still not been posted. This difference in treatment of reviews is blatantly unethical. Why would any company resort to such obviously stupid behavior? My order was flagged as fraud but I received no official notice from monoprice. Instead some strange company called NoFraud sent me an email asking me to provide them with 1. An image of a valid ID (a driver's license or any other government-issued identification is preferred -- front & back). 2. I have bought a MIDI keyboard, a bunch of different headphones and miscellaneous cables, and I have been very satisfied, the durability and audio quality of the headphones have exceeded other headphones I've bought before, at a cheaper price. Monoprice is always my go-to place to shop for anything audio or electronic.

Ordered my product on 3/8/2018 before the shipping cut off time. Paid $18.83 for 2 day shipping, Monoprice stating that my order would arrive by 3/12/2018. While Monoprice did indeed create a shipping label on 3/8/2018, it was not received by the carrier until 3/11/2018. I contacted customer service via email and was ignored, so I called via telephone and waited on hold forever. So bought a Monoprice Select Mini 3d printer. It clogged, then never stopped clogging. Got a Select V2, to replace it. It clogged. Ask Monoprice for a new heated head, I'd just switch it . . . They tell me to send it back for warranty repair. Wow, amazing. Box arrived to them damaged. Direct quote from Monoprice on this! This used to be a good company. However, as it grows its customer service goes down. I've had a warranty replacement request open for three months and the only response I get is that they "will ship a replacement part soon."

We apologize for the delay. I did find an open request for a lightning cable replacement. The specific item is back ordered currently but we will ship out a similar cable to fulfill the replacement request.
