Monoprice take your rder, charge your credit card, then send you an email days layers to let you know the order is cancelled because the product is out of stock. Seems they are just collecting financial information. Terrible service at every single level... But in their own words they somehow "appreciate your business".

Got a globe for my kid. Stopped working the second time we turned it on (by plugging in the USB power). 14 days warranty were passed. MonoPrice sent us to a "supposedly manufaturer website in Australia" who replied "Unfortunatley we are not able to assist you very much as you have purchase your unit form the US".

I have bought a lot of products from Monoprice. All of them work great. They are the only company that I know that makes an HDMI splitter that will transmit over a 100' HDMI cable. I did have an issue with the splitter, but they took care of it.

I have been making electronic purchases from Monoprice for approx. 4 years now. They have competitive prices and quality parts (especially their cables). I highly recommend them.

I ordered an entry level Select Mini v2 3d printer from Monoprice. I saved some money by ordering a returned / open box item even though I was a little nervous about it. My nervousness was unfounded. The item arrived complete and has been working flawlessly. I wanted a couple of replacement nozzles on hand, I read they do wear out with extended use. I have purchased many products from Monoprice. I have prchased HDMI and lighting cables, connectors for speaker wires, wall plates, you name it. Their products are of high quality, and their customer service and warranties are exceptional!

Excellent products and service, VERY customer oriented!!! I've been a customer of Monoprice for many years now. I bought many different things (car chargers, power banks, hdmi cables etc.) but mostly iphone lightning cables. Lifetime warranty on cables, more importantly how Monoprice honoring the warranty is just next level. The only time when i couldnt get a replacement was when model of the cable was discontinued :) either similar cable or a refund was always offered to me in those cases. Monoprice provides good products at fair prices. I've had multiple issues with frayed lightning cords and each time Monoprice has honored their lifetime cable warranty with great friendly service. I will continue to do business with them whenever possible thanks to their phenomenal customer service.
