They are crooks!! They don't honor their return policy, they act like they can't hear you on the other end of the line and proceed to hang up!! They rarely refund your money..!!

I have used monoprice for 5 years now. There is nothing that comes close to their price/quality on pretty much every cable (HDMI, usb, power, etc) needed for electronics. Also many, many other items they sell at a great price and EVERYTHING Ive ever bought from them is top notch quality. This is not cheap stuff you take a chance on like many Amazon items. Im not encouraged by anyone to write this review, nor have i been given anything. I am just an extrememly happy and impressed customer. Thank you.
I received a set of the company's "Sport Wireless" earbuds as a Christmas present. The earbuds were DOA. After reading reviews on Amazon.com, I found that is a common complaint about these earbuds. I contacted the company for a replacement which they would not offer.

Purchased a Monoprice 3d printer. After 4 days the printer was smoking and none functional. It took more then a month for them to replace the printer
very poor business practicies. they don't care about fraud. my bank card number was stolen and used at this business twice. they perceed to tell me they can't find these purchesses. when given my name and account and date of purchesess and still have no idea! what a crock of ****.

Worst payment processing ever. They cancelled my order with no reason. Upon contacting they told there was in issue with the payment. I contacted my cc company and my bank and they said everything is fine and the payment went through. So, they basically cancelled my order and charged me. Very nice of you.
