Amazing value. I own many things from Monoprice that are easily 2 to 3 times as much other places. Ive been happy with my purchases for years. They also have a great customer service.

I always go to mono price for my cables. I have had to replace 2 but it’s painless and free! Great customer service everytime, I recommend to everyone.

Purchased an open box monitor, but it came missing a bracket and I could not use it. I contacted Monoprice and immediately received and email from support to resolve the issue. Unfortunately the monitor had been discontinued and they offered me a refund. Monoprice arranged a pre-paid return label and got a refund a couple days later. Excellent customer service.

I recently purchased a Monoprice Mini Select Pro. During my learning period, I ran into unexpected behavior with the printer. I was able reach a Technical Support individual at Monoprice's Ranch Cucamonga location, who listened carefully to my experience and promptly diagnosed the issue after having me run some diagnostic tests on my printer. I ordered two Rechargeable Motion Sensor Closet Lights. When they arrive one of them work as described and the other was defective. When I made a request to replace the defective one, I mistakenly checked REFUND instead of REPLACE. I later sent an email asking for the replacement, not a refund. Monoprice quickly and easily changed my order request and sent out the replacement. This all occurred over the weekend without any phone calls.
