Currently, they are out of stock - want me to send the defective pixel in before they will send out the new panel. I use this for it's fantastic sRGB color match professionally. Their Pixel Perfect promise/guarantee will require you to PURCHASE a new one prior to sending back the old defective one as the new one for a refund. This ties up a decent sum of money for weeks to enable you to keep your current display and have as little down time as possible. Bad Customer service will not respond to emails missing items from orders will not respond to any thing.

On April 28th, I ordered a subwoofer from monoprice. This subwoofer arrived May 1st but was faulty (sounded like a jet engine revving up). I requested an RMA due to it being faulty, they quickly accepted and provided a return label. Fast forward shipping (which could have been expedited but wasnt) they get their subwoofer back to their location in california on May 11th. 2 Days go by, it is now May 13th, they closed the return for this subwoofer, did not give me a refund, kept the subwoofer, and are impossible to get ahold o... read more

Monoprice's customer support staff and tech support in general are very poor. The reason to purchase from a company like Monoprice is to get high quality, reasonably priced electronics from a company that stands behind its products. However, after needing support from customer service for a $500 device, I've learned that this isn't the case. This product (like many on the site) is an OEM'd piece of A/V equipment. The support staff was awful. I had multiple chats with people over the phone, Online, and through email. Everyone told me a different story from the last person. It took over 6 hours to sort through a complex maze of people. It took going to the twitter account and speaking with a community manager to resolve my issues.

Ordered item. Card was charged. Email several days later saying order was canceled and could not be reinstated due to item being out of stock. There was no offer to wait until back in stock. There was no offer for switching for equivalent product. Took several days to get refund. All of this despite: "When we take your order at Monoprice.com we have every intention of fulfilling it."

I ordered some cables and should have arrive on Friday. They used a third party freight and said the business is closed. We are not close and receive packages from both UPS and Fedex. I called on Monday and the first customer services rep (CSR) said I will received it by 2:30pm today and if there is any problem from the shipper, they will call me. I called after 3pm and the CSR told me I won't be getting for at least another day. I asked to to cancel the item, she said yes. I did not receive an email, so I called again, anot... read more
