Company does not back what their customer service say. I bought an electric guitar from them and customer service says cable is included. When the item arrived, there was no cable. Got to chat with customer service again and they said they made a mistake and that the cable is not included. Other sellers would make up for their mistake but their way of making good is to offer for me to return the item. So, back it goes. What inconvenience for their customers! Oh, two stars because delivery was on time.

I have been interested in 3D printing for awhile and have checked out different prints. I decided on the Monoprice Mini because of the price and quality and ease of use for a beginner like my self. I took it out of the box and was printing in a matter of minutes. I am using the printer almost ever day and it is a learning curve for me trying different temps and filaments and have learned a lot. Bought many different things over the years and the few times there was an issue issue it was resolved promptly. Lifetime warranty on cables is spectacular, and the audio items I've purchased have had excellent sound quality.

I have placed dozens of orders with Monoprice, for personal and two jobs, totaling thousands of dollars, over almost 8 years and have never been disappointed and have never had difficulty resolving a defective product. My most recent contact with customer service involved a product that had a manufacturing defect. They shipped a replacement unit immediately after simply filling out the online form. The pricing is great, and if you are subscribed to their email newsletter, you can get great discounts via promo codes.

I am new to 3-D printing and was very confused when I started, after struggling for several days I reached out to Monoprice and was very pleased with the timely response, their patience and understanding. I am totally satisfied with the Mini 3-D printer and am amazed at the detail of the items I have chosen to print thus far.

I have been a customer of Monoprice for years and i have honestly never had any issues with the items they sell and in one instant that i did have a minor issue it was resolved quickly. Very good company and very good merchandises

Answered chat request in a quick time period. The issue was resolved promptly. Second time I initiated a chat request. Polite people on the other end that I could understand. Not some call center in another country.

Quickly resolved an issue with a defective ink cartridge. They delivered a replacement unit in a few days after I sent pictures of the defective part I received.
