Monoprice engages in predatory practices by placing the orders in processing right away on their website and providing a cancel button, which never becomes active, even if you are trying to cancel the order immediately. I placed an order on Sunday and immediately realized that I needed to make a change to the order. The website didn't allow me to modify or cancel the order (in spite of having a cancel button) and there was no support till Monday morning. I had sent them an email as well. My 3D printer has been missing for 20 days. Someone from customer service said she would ship a replacement on the 7th if it didn't show up. It is now the 17th and no replacement has been sent. I finally called a different customer service agent. She said that she would send a replacement and that it should ship out that day (12/15)- I still have not received confirmation that the replacement has shipped. Terrible customer service! I put in a request through their online form for an agent to get back to me and after 2 business days they hadn't bothered. I called their customer service phone number only to find the hours on their website are not correct. So then I started a chat. Mitzy is a really ****** and horrible customer service rep. I purchased an item at $350, it also had free 3-5 day shipping. On day 5 the package was only about 3 hours from me when it said that the sender requested a return. Now they have my money and I have no product. I contacted them 4 days ago when it first indicated that it would be returned to the sender and they claim that they will respond within one business day. 4 days later, not a single response which has prompted me to come here. Based on the false description of a product on Monoprice.com web site, I have ordered some other (unnecessary) items. As advised by them, I returned them later, but received only a partial refund. I tried to contact Monoprice Customer Service and Refund departments several times, asking for explanation, but with no luck. They stopped replying to my messages. Customer was refunded in full for the six items they returned. They used a coupon code which discounted the item from $9.18 to $7.34 each. That maybe where the misunderstanding is on their refund.

10/31/17 This "business" is a nightmare. Trying to return a defective Chromebk since 10/12/17....no response to multi inquiries. They don't answer phones, chat lines. Do NOT do business w/this company.

Buyer Beware!! Easy 30 day money back guarantee is a joke. I purchased a pair of headphones and picked them up at will call. I had to pick up another item from will call and while I was there I let the associate know that I would like to cancel my headphones order. She mentioned that I couldn't cancel an order but instead had to pick it up and then return it. First of all, Monoprice does not respond to any emails. I have purchased a quite expensive CPU from them. Monoprice chose the cheapest unsecured shipping. It's been 6 days since the tracking info updated. It's 3 days past scheduled delivery date. I am very concerned that it may have lost somewhere in transit. Monoprice didn't even try to help looking into the shipping. I will for sure open up a case with eBay and ask for a refund. You need to pay attention to the shipping of your goods. RMA being drug out by this company, after two printer purchases, over a month in process! RM********68 Purchased a Maker Select 3D Printer v2 on 6-22-17. Attempted to use the on-board mini USB drive. Would not load to machine. Apon investigation, found that two of the 8 transfer pins were melted and bent. No communication with the card. Stated a RMA on 6/28/17.
