The wedding dress I brought was beautiful and what I wanted but was very unhappy that when I came to collect the dress. I noticed a hole in it. The customer service from Monga was poor, the assistant said he had repaired it but the hole could still be seen, after the second time they had somehow done a satisfactory job with sewing it up. I also waited a very long time and felt like the staff didn’t bother with the defective dress, or to help out properly once the money was paid.
Organised chaos.
Had the best experience getting my grooms outfit from Mongas. Gopal was so helpful and made sure that the outfit was altered until it fit absolutely perfectly - so happy with what I got!
