when I bought my dress in November they were very attentive but when I collected my dress recently in January the service was absolutely abysmal. Waited 1 hour for a staff member to give me my dress. Then when I was trying it the staff did not even care to attend to my needs. Only one lady but she was too busy with other customers more than me. Shocking customer service
