Over priced rent! People shouldn’t be charged that much for renting an apartment!
Monarc at met 3 is great! Super convenient location, excelente amenities and awesome staff willing to assist you. Specially Jackie, She gives the highest level of service with a big smile on her face. If you are looking to rent, ask for her! This is definitely your best option in the area. Mark my word! I’ve been living here for almost 2 years and counting.

Kyle and Timothy were fantastic. It’s such a beautiful building and has stunning views of the city, the bay, and an amazing view of the pool deck. I was thoroughly impressed. All the amenities are top notch. This is definitely somewhere I’d be happy to call home.
It is a pity that my first comment is negative. The team that works here is not professional and they change the policy to the tenants when it comes to them. The parking lot is a nightmare, there is no space to walk the pets, the elevators have problems, they offer us parking for visitors and they eliminate it without consulting. the doors are closed alone and by opening it we were forced to pay extra without being inside the contract. are mistaken in depositing the payments of the tenants using our payment to pay another te... read more
