I signed a 15-month lease here, willing to pay for "Luxury" as the banners draped on the building describe it. Aside from the 3 changes in property management, they are the most unorganized building in Downtown and Brickell. Spend your money somewhere else! I am now in a lawsuit because I was forced out of my apartment after they violated their own leasing terms (Short Term Rentals) and allowed a corporate leasing program where people from all over the world would come to stay at the property, and also allowed others to use the building for AirBNB purposes (but claimed they didn't know). Every weekend the building looked like a budget motel as opposed to a "Luxury" building. I refused to allow myself or my daughter to fall ill to Covid because they couldn't get the building to be occupied and had to resort to violating their own terms. Their negligence in response to Covid should really have shut down the building. They had no security regulating the visitors and deliveries coming into the building. People continued to stay there in the short term despite their leasing terms and "Enforced" policies. (SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS) They published their protocols and didn't upkeep them. And even after speaking to the concierge about people not wearing masks, her response was "We can only ask them to put it on, but can't enforce it." Mind you the Whole Foods on the first floor won't let you into the store without a mask. I moved out and continued to pay my rent for 5 months, all the while trying to work with the property management team in addressing these problems. After finally reaching no conclusion and feeling unsafe due to their negligence, I decided to do what was best for my daughter and I and move out. (Side note: the building was "safe" enough for tenants, yet no one on the property management staff was at the building physically aside from a secretary). After all of that, they sent me to collections claiming they had to replace the carpets, clean the grout, replace a refrigerator drawer, and repaint the entire apartment. I only lived there for 4 months leading up to Covid and was rarely home. They are deceitful and dishonest! This place is a joke! It is definitely not LUXURY! CROSS THE BRIDGE! You will save money and experience true luxury!

Es un sitio espectacular donde transcurre la vida de forma alegre y dinámica....el personal es muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento...aunque no tengamos,estamos muy agradecidos por las atenciones y sobretodo a Claudio de Office rent por tanta amabilidad... Recomiendo el lugar al 100%

Horrible customer service. Made an appointment to go see an apartment at the Monarc, but even with an email confirmation a unprofessional employee told me that unless they call me to confirm I do not have a “confirmed” appointment. She was on her phone and didn’t even care about giving us information about their property. If they already treat you like that before you even move imagineer afterwards.
