This positive review is long overdue! We stopped in this store on the way to and from Edinburgh back in May. We were served by Karl on our first stop, and Muir on the way back. Those two gentlemen are second to none! Their product knowledge, kindness and exceptional customer service was incredibly impressive. We popped in to day as usual gretna gateway MB outlet shop and what a visit we were greeted by a lovely lady called Karen who helped us so much omg what a lady the care the way she looked after us the way she chatted to us it was lovely. We stopped at this outlet mall on the trip from Glasgow to Wales and happened to wander into this shop. Days earlier I had used a friend's MB soap and was looking to purchase a small bottle of soap. A fabulous gentleman (Muir) came over to help and proceeded to take me through every single soap and hand cream sample making sure I picked the right scent for me. He spent time and energy on creating the right customer interaction. I am a very direct person and he took it with great humour, keeping both me and my partner crying ... read more
