It's a nice shop, the staff seem lovely but my son (whose hair was halfway down his back) asked for short hair. I repeated that instruction, and the barber asked "short back and sides." I showed my son some pictures, and he was game. After close to 2 hours, we left with a shoulder-length cut. It was a nice cut, but not what he asked for.
