1) Very long delay between ecoected start date April 2023 and actual start date jan 2024 2) despite site visit by crane company and their report in november 2023 an unexoected cost for ‘extra matting’ was sprung on us the day before the lift (january 23rd) an extra £800 had to be paid otherwise the lift could not happen. 3) very cool watching the lift which took place over 2 days 4) terrible weather at the time of lift and just after revealed a significant leak which blew our electrics the first day. Very professional company
Overall, really pleased with the finished product. The quality is great and everything is exactly how we wanted it, any issues or queries were resolved quickly by Matt. When in the warehouse, the guys were so helpful and knowledgeable, talking us through options etc. Luke Selvin, Chris the electrician and Kyle the plumber were particularly helpful! When we wanted to move some internal walls and create a sensory room for one of our children, they were fab, coming up with ideas of lighting etc. Communication with them was easy... read more
Absolutely shocking!!!! Started the job and didn’t show back up for 3 weeks so rain water was pissing through the house. Half finished the roof and went off again without finishing anything inside off. The stairs were wonky and the whole service was a complete shambles, absolute waste of money and disgusting how they treat people
My son is having a moduloft build. It is being constantly delayed. They promise it will be finished but never turn up because they are working on other sites. Some of the lights are not working, promised an electrician but never turned up
