Previous purchase with Zac Auten prompted us to return to Modern when we were ready for a recent upgrade. Zac has been promoted, no surprise, and he connected us with Justin Keable. Another fine salesperson and good guy. Think a lot of this dealership and their staff. All dealings have with them, from sales, service and their support staff have been top notch. Highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a Toyota.
Bought a new Tundra last week! No pressure sales! Took only 3 hours to drive out with my new truck! Recommend highly!
Such a terrible place!!! You go there to try and trade a vehicle only to come out and there is this deep new scratch on your vehicle after they test drove it, then they say someone will contact you by Wednesday with camera reviews because they know they didn't hit anything!!! So funny how it wasn't there before we brought it in!!! Will not do business here!!! Toyota of hickory is way more professional and helpful!!!
Actually, I need zero stars. No customer service in sales or service. How do you get in touch with the owner, West Fowler? When asked how to contact him the communication was abruptly ended, on their end.
They treat vets like shit. Saying once you sign on the dotted line, they take over and do the rest of the leg work. Won't be getting my next vehicle from this place.
Very poor customer service. Was told service work would take "about two hours." Working on hour number 4...still don't have the car.
