My husband and I recently purchased a 2020 Tacoma from Modern Toyota of Boone and had an amazing experience. Lori Holton in sales was the absolute best to work with. I will be coming to her for future purchases.
Modern Toyota of Boone negligently inspected the frame on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. I took my Tacoma to the dealership to have the frame inspected and if it had been properly inspected, it would have revealed corrosion that would have been covered by an extended manufacturer’s warranty at that time. Due to the negligent inspection I did not discover the rusted frame until after the expiration of the manufacturer’s extended warranty and they have consistently refused to be of assistance.
They made buying a new car so easy. Mark was a great help and made this experience less stressful
I went to get new tires and only expected to pay $850 and ended up paying $1,293 before I left after waiting hours... they didn’t explain to me that I would owe hundreds for labor.

BUYER BEWARE! salesman Mark Burchette lured me on a 3 hour round trip with a bait and switch lie on an offer. I had proof in a text and even his sales manager asked him point blank why he sent me a bogus offer, and he had nothing to say but “since you are here let’s work something out”. Hands down the most dishonest of four different dealerships I have been researching and communicating with.
