Good guys in sales, service, and finance. Sales management on the other hand is awful. I bought a 09 Ford F150 and almost immediately had motor issues. Went through a week of frustration to get my money back. I felt as if the used sales manager was intentionally trying to rip me off. The general manager was mostly fluff and no action.
I wish I bought my car here, but I got it in Charlotte. It wasn't a good experience. BUT I get my service done here. They're great, and believe it or not, I save money. It's $20 less than where I used to get my oil changed. Here they have TV, wifi, fresh bagels, soft drinks, really nice staff.
