Very frustrated right now. My Sienna was part of the recall for the hinge breaking on the gas cap, causing the gas tank cover to severe the wiring on the automatic sliding door on the driver’s side since the cover would not close all the way. We called about scheduling the repairs back in December and repeated several times to the service rep that the wiring was completely severed to ensure they knew exactly what items would be needed to fix it. We recently purchased a 2019 Highlander . Gabriel and Matt made our purchase painless and stress free . Thanks also to Laurel who handled the paper work. Can’t comment on the service department .
