So far, this has been the most aggravating and upsetting car-buying experience I have ever had. I live out of state but found a RAV4 I really liked. I asked and was assured that all paperwork for Texas would be handled by Toyota of Boone. The vehicle arrived just fine. However, the paperwork has been a nightmare. I have been trying to contact both John Shockey and Michael Llyal for 2 weeks and am being completely ignored.
