I told the tech (Tyler) while he was packing up that his company now has a lifetime customer and i would also specifically ask for him by name. Too bad there's not another "Star" or it would have been 6!
Horrible first and last impression made an appointment confirmed with office which sounded quite loud had to repeat myself 2 times technician never showed up called office no one answers after 5pm no surprise there called and left message for emergency service again after 2 hours no return call. Needless to say business and money going elsewhere what a disappointment for a local company you are trying to support
