******* did a great job today! We scheduled our periodic preventative maintenance and he was in time, very thorough and exemplified cleanliness by wearing booties when he entered the house. We have been very satisfied with the 2 ***** units they installed and keep running efficiently. Thank you you for great costumer service. We would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Very professional and what sold me was knowledge and details. HVAC is not a place to be careless given the summers of NC. Modern Mechanical delivers on service and knowledge.

The technician who completed our repair, ****, was thorough and professional. He arrived on time and politely answered several questions while he was on site. His work, attitude and professionalism were excellent. We have used Modern Mechanical for about 15 years and have always been satisfied with their work.

Modern Mechanical has been a reliable, proficient,& professional HVAC company who we have used for many years at our rental property and now personal residence. *****, the service technician, was on time and performed the most comprehensive semi- annual maintenance service that we have had to date. I am beyond impressed with this company from answering the phone quickly, customer service, attentiveness to our needs, wonderful communication and respect for their customers. Our technician was fantastic this evening. She not only called earlier with an update on her eta was extremely clear, helpful and considerate of our needs. Usually technicians talk over our head but she was patient and clear in explaining what is happening with our HVAC. Also she was respectful of all COVID protocols and safety! Thank you *****!
