Very dishonest wanted to charge me for a repair for the third year in a row. Disabled my ac unit when i questioned him about it,a new said he would never come back again. Why because i was on to his shady practices, BE VERY AWARE! I would not trust this company at all!

Unfortunately this customer did not understand the issues they had with their upper system nor called us to discuss the issues. We first service this equipment on 7/29/2019 less than 15 months ago. We performed a cooling inspection and cleaning according to the maintenance agreement they signed up for. Found a couple capacitors out of tolerance on both systems and replaced them per the homeowners request. **** was very aware of COVID-19 protocols. He came out and performed his work in the pouring rain. We were very impressed by his professionalism and ability to quickly assess the problem. Modern Mechanical was a significant upgrade over one of their local competitors we started out using.

My system was not cooling properly in my new home, and MM HVAC was contracted through my home warranty to service my unit today. The young man that came out (not sure of his name), was very thorough and professional. He educated me on changing the filters on time, worked fast to get the air up and running quickly, and repaired the system. He was also careful to follow the guidelines of safety during the service appointment in regards to COVID-19. My system seems to be working more efficiently.
Arrived on time and performed HVAC Inspection as requested. Service technician was knowledgeable and professional. Will use them again.
The Modern Mechanical Techs were prompt and professional explaining where they were every step of the install and start up. The Techs also made sure they wore shoe covers and used proper COVID distancing as well as using the proper PPE. The start up Tech explained all the functions of the new unit and it's touch screen thermostat. I would definitely recommend them to friends and use them in the future if I were to need HVAC help.
The tech was prompt, courteous and professional. He made sure everything was working properly.
The person who did my maintenance was very thorough and professional. The cover had come off the disconnect switch and he searched until he found it buried under the leaves in my back yard. He went the extra mile!
