Project manager Joe showed up promptly and spent approximately 2 hours with us spec’ing the new system estimate and was very informative and clear with options and details. Installation guys Percy, Scott, Jake and Andy (sorry if I missed a name!) showed up again promptly on time - two crews so no skimping on manpower. We had a new Trane gas pack installed by MM HVAC. Everyone from management to field technicians were very polite and professional. They were very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything in a way that you can understand. They were very punctual from start to finish. I highly recommend this company for all of your AC and heating needs.
I’m always impressed with Modern Mechanical’s service. We had plumbers here at the same time and Justin did a great job navigating the chaos and servicing our unit!
