Lawrence there technician was on time, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly and did a complete check of the system. From the call to schedule where they worked us in quickly to the total professionalism was great.
The tech was polite, informative and very tolerant of our barking dog. He was one of the best service technicians I have met. The service request was handled quickly and I received follow up information before the tech left.

Have not been disappointed with Modern Mechanical HVAC through 1 quote and HVAC installation and now 2 system maintenance checks. we chose MM over the company that installed our gas pack & have been happy ever since. Knowledgeable techs, courteous and patient in explaining what they find and how it might effect us (& when!) They don't push, and are agreeable to customer wishes or requests. Would definitely recommend the service.
