***** was a great technician. He checked out my entire central air system to make sure he got to the root cause of the problem. He identified that my condensate line was clogged due to plants growing in there. He cleaned everything up and explained everything to me. Great job!

For better or worse i tend to be skeptical in nature, but i wanted to go out of my way here to give a big shout out to Modern Mechanical team for doing an incredible job. In particular, the service rep ***** that came to our home the first night for the assessment - he had stayed here quite late to evaluate things thoroughly, cleaning out drain clogs, testing sensors and evaluating the drip pan -- and right when he was about to pack up and leave (very late) i gave him a story about our other air conditioner - him leaving no ... read more

The best HVAC company I have had in the 44 years I've neen in my house. Excellent customer service and the technicians are very polite and knowledgeable.
Service reps were very friendly and did a thourough job to assure system was in peak condition.
