This company gets 5 stars from me! The office personnel and the technicians are professional, courteous, and they get the job done! I would recommend this company highly! They also have an electrician that does any electrical work in your home that you need done and he, just like the HVAC technicians are the best!!! Thanks Modern Mechanical!!!
Modern Mechanical has been excellent to work with from the beginning when they were analyzing our needs. They went above and beyond what I would have expected to keep our old unit functioning while waiting for the new one to be delivered which was delayed by hurricane Florence. They have always be accommodating when scheduling our semi annual system check and they have always been on time for appoints.
They do a good job and very courteous. They are here when they say they are going to be here.

I would highly recommend. The employees were professional and polite. They answered all our questions and they are a well organized company.
Left message over weekend and they promptly called me back Monday morning. Within hours repairman showed up and took care of issue. Initial diagnostic fee was reasonable compare to other companies.
Bubba showed up on time and did a great job of explaining what my heating unit needed. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions.
These guys do a great job every time. They take the time to explain what they did and answer your questions. Zak even told me how to set my thermostat to run more efficiently and reduce my electric bill. I highly recommend Modern Mechanical!
