Friendly staff!
Courteous, friendly service. Provided a plan to resolve toothache. Could have used more clarification about insurance coverage for plan. Dr. Whiteley did encourage me to call with questions.
Nice, friendly folks. My only issue is not being told what expenses to expect in advance of treatment. At my last visit I was billed for a service I believed to have been covered by Medicare.
Had my teeth cleaned at Modern Dentistry by Kayla today. She did a great job. She’s professional and was careful with sensitive parts in my mouth.
Best cleaning I’ve experienced. I’m a very nervous patient and absolutely hate cleanings but with the hygienist guidance following a deep clean, my 4 month follow up was so easy and pain free
Friendly, professional and quick. Hygienist Candice , dental assistant and Dr. Whitely were all of those things. Great that they had time to do the needed work following my cleaning. They always ask more than once if you're doing okay which I appreciated.
Dr Whitely makes his patients feel at ease. He is so professional while maintaining a personal connection with each of his patients. He is always available, giving his patients a sense of comfort and confidence. You are in good hands with Dr Whitely overseeing your dental health.
