So every Chevy dealer is slammed with service for people headed out of town for Xmas. I have a warranty issue and was told basically nobody can look at it until January and by then I’ll be over my 36k warranty. I’ve called around and at this point I can’t even drive to the nearest dealer with an opening without exceeding the mileage and they told me that anything over 36k and it’s not covered. Talk about not standing behind your product or caring about your customer.
I bought my truck from modern Chevrolet and Dwayne was really helpful and I would recommend anyone to go see him if your looking for a new Chevrolet
We purchased a vehicle from them about 2 and half months ago. We have left several messages for the salesman and he will not return our call about the part he said he would ship us when we bought the vehicle! When he replied at the beginning, he said he would check on that for us and there was never any follow through!
Great experience at Modern Chevrolet! Dewayne was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also was not pushy about trying to make a sale which is unusual for a car salesman.

I had a wonderful buying experience with Jerome McDaniel. He was straight forward and answered all our questions. He got us through the process as quick as he could. Buying a new car can be very stressful but Jerome made it a relaxing and enjoyable time. He showed us what we wanted to see with no pressure. I bought a car for my daughter but when I’m ready to buy a new one for myself, I will definitely go back to Modern and Jerome McDaniels. Thank you Jerome, we love the car.
