RecommendedI had to take my car in to have the heat fixed. My service advisor David good was wonderful. The repair took 2 days during the two days David stayed in touch with me to let me know any updates. I look forward to dealing with the service department here again! Everyone was very kind! Thanks everyone for their help and getting my car back to me fixed.

Modern Chevrolet is the best Chevrolet dealer in the Winston Salem area! They serviced my truck thoroughly, completely, professionally, and timely. I was leaving the next day for an extended trip and Modern Chevrolet serviced my truck the same day I called them and without an appointment. It was exceptional service.

Waited for two and a half hours after checking in to get a key programmed. Finally went and asked what the problem was. Well nobody even wrote me up a work order and just pulled the vehicle foward and parked it. Im not at all happy right now. And after two hours of waiting for nothing they say it will be an hour to do the key. NOT PLEASED.
