Took my truck there to have a remote start installed. When I got it back the airbag service light was on and when I brought it to their attention they tried to say that it was on prior to. (which it was NOT) Told me to bring it back tomorrow at 8am. Leaving upset and disappointed I noticed that my steering is off as well. My steering wheel is straight but my tires are turned. My truck was NOT like this prior to dropping it off to them today! And the tire place I go to regularly can vouch for that. My truck is still under war... read more
Dishonest. Gave me conflicting information and prices. Also got hung up on several times. Asked to speak to a manager and was told they were too busy.
The service department expects you to call if can't make an appointment, but doesn't call to let you know that there is a 1 hour and 45 minute wait for an oil change. The first time I had an appointment, everyone was at lunch, and I had to leave. I am now at Jiffy Lube getting my oil changed. I have reward points for services done to my vehicle through Chevrolet, but I cant use them because they dont know how to schedule anything.
My husband and I both bought vehicles from here this week. It was a great experience! Cory Bittle helped my husband and myself with our deals and he was very knowledgable and took time to get the best deal and also showed us everything about our vehicles! He is very explainatory and personable! I cannot say enough how great our experience was. A simple oil change took almost 2 hours! And I had a scheduled appointment.
I called Modern to get a quote for Service for my 2002 S10. the service advisor I spoke with quoted me $1,000+ for a fuel pump replacement! he tried to tell me the part alone was $500! I didn't know they were going to put a Corvette fuel pump in my truck. The AC Delco replacement part is $225. I used to work for a Chevrolet dealership. I know it shouldn't cost that much. That was outrages! my wife and I were going to visit them to look at Corvettes but after this experience, I would not send ANY business there way.
I felt like a basketball passed around nobody called me back poor customer service every time I called the person I was working with was off. There’s plenty of lots to go to avoid this one.
