worst laziest dealership went elsewhere due to sevice
Would never recommend this particular dealership to anyone. We were disappointed in the treatment we received and the whole experience of buying our Chevy truck.
RecommendedOk I deleted an earlier post that I had based on what the insurance company want them to do. But speaking with the service manager I was insured that they make repairs the way the owner wants them not the insurance company. When they finished my car is look as good if not better than before it was damaged. They go beyond to insure the customer is satisfied. They worked with us on purchasing a Very Nice new ride,,they worked with us when other dealers were like they could care less if you had all the money or not..Also want to thank salesman Austin Grey,,very good man too work with.. We went to the one in Winston Salem NC too look at a new truck I found on the internet. And I must I have never had a dealer go up on the price after I get there.
I just want to say that the team at Modern are top notch in my book. I have never had a bad experience there when it comes to purchasing a new or used car. Today Marcos Diaz was my salesman and I could not have asked for a greater guy to take care of me. If anyone is looking for a great hassle free place to buy a new or used car come see the team at Modern. Thanks again.
Service takes to long. Even with having appointment, just for an inspection more then 2hrs.
Service was way overpriced, took to another shop and got same repair- 1/2 the price, literally, $1500 less!!!
