Bought a company 2500 Silverado and had a great buying experience. Everyone was extremely courteous, price was good, and was a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend if you’re considering a purchase!!!!

I have always had great experiences with this dealership! The people are very helpful and it’s apparent they put the customer first. I recently visited Modern’s service department and was greeted by Jamie in the service lane where you pull up. He was very nice, and helped me promptly. Adam who was the mechanic came to speak to me about the service I received and my car was ready quickly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

This is the worst dealership in the entire city, they are so dishonest they will do anything for a sale nothing but liars and con artists. The absolute worst service department I have ever encountered. a free oil change and tire rotation cost me $100 because the salesperson lied to us.

I called the sales department and asked a sales lady to call me back on a price of a new vehicle that my daughter wanted to pay cash for. A hour later no response. I called back and could not reach anyone in sales for over 45 minutes. I guess they did not want to sell a vehicle.

Very shady marketing and overpriced vehicles. Claiming that you can get a car for $12k less than you actually can. Perhaps there wouldn’t be so many leftover 2019s if you were up front about pricing and didn’t just try to trick people into coming in the door... $38k for a base model V6 Camaro is laughable. That’s 2SS prices in many places. The salesman himself was very forthcoming and polite which was the only good part of the experience. He certainly isn’t to blame for the decisions coming from Managment.

Called and set an appointment up to possibly purchase a vehicle. Wake up to a text the next day confirming I was still coming and after I drive a hour to the dealership I'm told the vehicle isn't available to be sold yet and that they don't even know how much it will be sold for even though the truck has a price online. Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle

Brought our 2014 Cruze in to have the AC fixed. Told us it would be 1100 to repair so we asked about trading. There was a Trax advertised for 12285. When they showed us what they would do on a trade they wanted us to give them our car and still owe over 20000. We left and had our car fixed for 450 dollars. The problem was not even what they said it was.
