Went to look at a 2020 traverse yesterday because we needed a new family car. We were helped by Josh who was fantastic! He was very nice and helpful. He answered every question we asked and he didn’t pushing us into purchasing a vehicle which I LOVED! We were happy with the outcome and are looking forward to the future in our new ride! I was thinking about trading in my equinox in? But saw my uncles truck that they wrecked and crashed,& still giving him the run around and won't pay his -Ass-A-DAM-DIME? Looks like a bunch of scammers to me so I went and bought some - Where Else,& stayed away from them-A-Holes!!!
I bought a brand new Malibu here over a year ago and regret it every day. The single worst car buying experience of my life. I felt tricked and lied to the whole time and should have walked alway. They are classic sleepy car salesmen who care nothing about you and all about the money. I was sold a brand new car with a chip in the windshield they knew about, then promised to fix it and never did. It’s over a year later and still chipped! DO NOT buy fro here! On top of all this I was lied to about MANY things!
My wife took her truck in to get a radio (which I installed) unlocked because it came from another vehicle. I knew of the $130.00 charge to unlock this radio. Well the radio fits and powers up but was not compatible with my truck. Totally not their fault. They still charged me $130.00 just to tell me it’s not compatible. They didn’t unlock it well because they couldn’t I guess doesn’t make sense to me at all really. Bad,Business-People! Service department underhanded sneaking and deceiving along with management also!Wrecked,My Truck,& Have weasel around being deceptive and using bad business practices in this circumstance been doing business since the late 70s? But No-More!Got more of my Family to buy Elsewhere,& So far,$130k of Vehicles bought Elsewhere? But probably would be bought it Modern?Bad Management! Buyers Beware!

I was lied to about getting top dollar for my trade just to get me through the door! When I got there they offered $6k less than the low end of KBB trade in value which is what they use. WTH? Don’t waste your time!

I purchased a 2017 chevy Colorado, was told they do a thorough inspection, Shay, the sales man was very nice, excellent really, but it stopped there. After two days, my tires started going flat, warning lights for low pressure came on. I thought I must have ran over something, tread on tires looked good and was told they were good. I was able to take to a local auto shop, to be looked at. Credit "amnesty" is not a real thing. It is a marketing tool that dealers use to convince people with poor credit to apply for a auto loan that usually ends in needing a strong cosigner. The more people that apply, the more chances the dealer gets at making a deal.
