Highly recommend! Modera is a great apartment. The location is super centralized and the staff are extremely helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Sleek Interiors and Fantastic Location A very nice place to live so far! The staff is friendly, and they have fantastic amenities: Air Conditioning, Roof Top Lounge, Entertainment Suite, and a beautiful gym. It's in a very convenient location with a close proximity to tons of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Modera South Lake Union is the epitome of city living

Just walk in Modera definitely is an amazing apartment, but you have to be patient. They are a hard to reach, if you aren't already "in" the door. I was living on the other side of the country and called around to all the different apartments in south lake union and Modera never got back to me, after 3 calls and messages. I was incredibly frustrated, as I was coming to visit and check out the places I had appointments with, and really wanted to see Modera. Worst service! I and my boyfriend are not in Seattle, so we can not do a tour. We decided to call the office to ask for photos of the inside of a one bedroom. In the past three days, I have called them 3 times, the employees said we were going to send photos to our email. But, we waited and waited! We didn't get any email back! ! ! It was totally waist our time!
