Verified Renter The apartment and amenities are great! Even though there were quite a few things to fix when moving in, the maintenance crew were awesome and fixed it the day I requested. The leasing office staff are also very helpful.

Verified Renter The staff is really nice and helpful. Overall good experience so far. The gym, common area, rooftop are regularly cleaned. The maintenance staff is just one call away. All amenities are also good.

Verified Renter I liked my apartment a lot. The location is amazing because I don't like to stay home on weekends. There are so many amazing restaurants nearby from this apartment and the grocery store are also in 8 to 10 mins walk away. The staff people are very helpful and polite. The gym is quite big and the living area, rooftop, everything is so good. I definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues.

Best leasing Staff Apart from Modera’s tenant friendly “ Peace of Mind” policies, good apartments and awesome locality, the best part is the staff members. They are very helpful and genuinely friendly. I have interacted with Olivia and Serena and both are super nice and always ready to help. Olivia always went out of her way to help me . They really like and care about their work.
