Love it!! My husband, myself and our son just moved in a few weeks ago. I fell in love the moment I saw the pictures online but fell even more in love the moment I walked into our unit. Our views are incredible and our son everyday says “I love the Space Needle I’m so happy I can see it now out every window!” He’s loved the Space Needle ever since we moved to Seattle in 2020. Verified Renter I walked into the community after I went through a lot of communities in Cap Hill and Belltown area. Mostly I did not like the apartment or the rent was exorbitant. When I told Alex what I was looking for he took me to exactly what matched my needs and nothing more. The people at office and the layout of the house encouraged me to put down a deposit straight away. The amenities and the delivery procedures are outstanding at the community too!

Verified Renter The Modera at South Lake Union is an excellent consideration if you want to be in the heart of the city. Its very convenient to a lot of attractions, as well is a very great location if you work in the downtown area. Its a pet friendly complex, and is very clean. The staff is very professional and has great hospitality, as well as the other tenants in the building is very friendly.
