Verified Renter I have had a wonderful experience here at Modera SLU. The shared spaces are always clean, the staff is absolutely wonderful, responsive, and made my move in so smooth even when going through the MFTE process. I-99 is noisy on the lower floors but the sound insulation is pretty decent. The west side of the building gets a lot of sunlight and it’s wonderful. The area is VERY busy around rush hour but what do you expect living right next to Mercer Street tho street parking is totally doable. One small annoyance ... read more
Verified Renter I lived in Modera SLU for almost 2.5 years and my experience was amazing. The management is amazing and prompt to all the requests. The amenities are great and well maintained. Never had any issues throughout my stay and would highly recommend this place!

Verified Renter Leasing office is very helpful but after they close it's difficult to get help. Valet trash is nice but has its cons and sometimes the hallways begin to smell. Great amenities including a gym that has more equipment than most apartments, a movie theater, shared dining room, and sky roof.
